Asimina-Maria (Miriam) Xenopanagou

Asimina-Maria (Miriam) Xenopanagou studies at the School of Physical Education and Sports Science at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece. She is in her final year of her studies and she is specialized in Health and Fitness while she has an additional specialization as a swimming instructor. Myriam has been working since the beginning of her postgraduate studies as a physical education instructor in summer camps supporting and educating youngsters in healthy nutrition and good practices in training.

She is a medal winning runner in 400 m and distinguished in Greece for her achievements in track and field in 2022. Keen educator, she has participated in national and international workshops and conferences focusing in various areas of interest such as, but not limited to, BET projects ( Boost Esteem through Theater) including art, dance and live music along with academic activities exploring the combination of biochemistry and physiology in order to have a holistic approach of physical education and sports.
