I, the undersigned/ the person that will be recorded, verify that I am above the age of majority (above 18 years of age). I do hereby consent to the use by GIRES, the Global Institute for Research Education & Scholarship (GIRES) based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands of my image, video, voice, or all three of them. I agree that all such pictures, video or audio recordings and any reproduction thereof shall be used by GIRES as it sees fit in its publications, social media, newsletter and website of GIRES and for any other legitimate purposes. I understand that these images may appear publicly as part of the website and/or other media of GIRES. It is understood that this material will be used in a legitimate manner, both internally and outside EEA and is not intended to cause any harm or undue embarrassment to the parties involved.
